I'm Sarah, a Chocolatier 🍫 pastry chef🧁 and chef 🍕 also known as ℳ𝒶𝓂𝒶 ❤

I started making chocolates about 8 yrs ago, when my pastry teacher took pity on a struggling student, and suggested I take my "dirty chocolate" home and pratice over the weekend. When I finally got the hang of it, I couldn't stop.

Making chocolate is a very zen activity, and there's a high level of satisfaction when its done. 🧘‍♀️

It's an awesome feeling when my handmade creations are appreciated by the right audience. ☺
